Hiring managers are flooded with CVs and short of time. Candidates are tired of agencies that forward their profile without asking and never call back. Both sides lose when recruitment is run for volume.
AADIOMBIZ takes the opposite approach. We test candidates on real work before an employer sees them, keep both sides informed, and stand behind every hire with a replacement guarantee.
