How it works

Most clients see a first shortlist within 7 working days of the brief. Here is every step, and who does what.

  1. Brief call (20 minutes)

The role, team, must-have skills, pay band, work mode and timeline. We say honestly if the brief needs adjusting to attract good people.

  2. Fee and terms

We agree the fee on the call, based on the role level and number of openings, then send a one-page agreement with payment terms and the replacement guarantee. Nothing is payable yet.

  3. Search and testing

We search our talent network, job boards and referrals, then test candidates on a task from the real job.

  4. Shortlist (aim: within 7 working days)

Three to five candidates with test results, recruiter notes, notice period and expected pay. We only share a candidate's profile after they agree.

  5. Interviews and offer

We schedule interviews, collect feedback within 24 hours and help agree the offer.

  6. Notice period and joining

Notice periods in India often run 30 to 60 days. We stay in touch with the candidate throughout to reduce drop-outs.

  7. Follow-up

Check-ins after joining, and a free replacement if the hire leaves within the guarantee period.

For dedicated remote professionals, we also employ the person, set up their laptop and security, and hold monthly reviews with you. See remote teams.

Tell us the role. We'll show you people who can do it.

A 20-minute requirement call is enough to understand the role and agree the fee. You see tested candidates, not a pile of CVs, and you pay nothing until someone joins.
