Written terms before any work starts: no hire, no fee for recruitment, and one fixed monthly price for remote professionals.
Fees are agreed on a short call
Every role is different, so we quote after a 20-minute requirement call. You get the fee in writing before we start, and nothing is payable until someone joins.
Permanent recruitment
- No hire, no fee
- A percentage of first-year CTC, set by role level and number of openings
- Invoiced on the joining date
- Free replacement if the hire leaves within the agreed guarantee period
- Retained search available for leadership roles
Dedicated remote professionals
- One fixed monthly price per full-time professional
- Covers salary, benefits, laptop, security tools and our support
- No setup fee; billed monthly in advance
- 30 days' notice; free replacement in the first 90 days
What sets the fee
- Seniority and pay band of the role
- How specialised the skills are
- Number of openings, and whether you give us exclusivity
- For remote professionals: experience, working hours and tools
Pricing questions
When do we pay a recruitment fee?
Only after the candidate joins. We invoice on the joining date, with payment due within 15 days.
Is GST extra?
For clients in India, GST at 18% is added to the fee. Clients outside India are invoiced without GST where export rules apply.
Is there a setup fee for remote professionals?
No. You pay the monthly price from the person's start date, billed monthly in advance.
What currency do you invoice in?
Indian rupees for clients in India. US dollars by default for clients abroad; GBP, AUD, CAD, AED and SGD on request.
